Kogane-Sengan" sweet potatoes grown in the vast sweet potato fields of southern Kyushu and "Kirishima Rekkasui" water from a huge water reservoir 150 meters below the ground in the Miyakonojo Basin. Kirishima rekkasui" and "Kogane-Sengan" are the two treasures of this shochu.
It has a mild sweetness derived from koji malt brewing and a refreshing finish; recommended on the rocks!
